Banquet Rooms/Venues available through Trumps Catering
Trumps Catering offers two private banquet rooms available at The Georgian, a beautifully restored historic hotel (circa 1909), located in the heart of downtown Athens. The Grand Ballroom & Palm Room are beautifully appointed & perfect for any special occasion. The Trumps Ballroom on Milledge Avenue is a more modern venue for the Athens area, with a great location, plenty of parking and large capacity banquet room. Event Confirmation & Guest Guarantee
When you call to inquire about a specific date, it is tentatively booked in your name for up to 30 days. A tentative reservation costs nothing but must be confirmed within this 30-day period of time. If a second call for the date you are interested in is received before the 30-day period of time has elapsed, you will be given first right of refusal on the reservation. A guaranteed final number of guests is required 5 (five) business days prior to your confirmed event. A tentative reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00, which may be paid by cash, check or credit card.
The enclosed menus are priced for a minimum attendance at your event of 30 guests. A party of less than the minimum is allowable; however, a service charge may be incurred.
Trumps Catering retains a liquor license, therefore events held at The Georgian or Milledge Avenue locations must have alcohol provided by Trumps Catering. Alcohol is sold on a “consumption” basis, whatever your guests consume is what you pay for OR on a “cash” basis, with guests paying for their own beverages. We are happy to give you an average estimate. If your party is not being held at The Georgian or at our Milledge Avenue facility & your rental location allows, you may provide the alcohol yourself. Trumps Catering retains an off-premise liquor license & we are happy to service your beverage needs at your event held at an alternate location. Servers and Event Managers

Travel, Set-Up & Clean-Up
For events held outside of our Milledge Avenue location a charge will be determined and added for travel, set-up &/or clean-up. This charge will be based on logistics of your selected space, number of guests and event location. Trumps Catering will guarantee that your rental location will be left in the condition as specified in your location contract. For parties held at The Classic Center, add 20%; at State Botanical Gardens, add 10-15% (determined by which space is being used) to your total food and beverage cost.
Payment & Billing
50% of your total estimated cost, which is reflected on the Cost Estimate you receive after finalizing the details of your event, is due thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled event. The remaining balance is due ten (10) days prior to your event. Beverages by consumption and final cost of the bartender(s) will be billed to you after the event and is due upon receipt of your invoice. Events that are booked on short notice require a 50% deposit to confirm the event with the final 50% due on the last business day prior to the event. A Credit Card Guarantee of Payment is required upon confirmation, using American Express, Visa, or MasterCard. Prices are subject to change, according to market conditions, with notice. 1.5% interest per month (21% interest per year) will be charged on all past due accounts. Accounts are considered past due if payment is not received within ten (10) days of the invoice date.
Trumps Catering is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles used in or brought to an event by any host, their guests or other contracted purveyors. Due to Health Department regulations & guidelines, we prohibit any foods, other than wedding cakes, that have been placed out on a buffet to be packed up and given to any host or their guests.
