Banquet Room available through Trumps Catering
Trumps Catering offers a private banquet room, available at their Milledge Avenue headquarters in the Shops of South Milledge Shopping Center,
called the Trumps Ballroom on Milledge.
It is a surprising venue with a convenient location, plenty of parking and large
capacity banquet room.
Event Confirmation & Guest Guarantee
When you call to inquire about a specific date, it is tentatively booked in your name for up to 30 days at no cost to you.
A tentative reservation must be confirmed within this 30-day period of time with a deposit which may be paid by cash,
check or credit card and will be applied to your total event cost. A final guaranteed number of guests is required five (5)
business days prior to your confirmed event.
Trumps Catering retains a liquor license, therefore events held at Milledge Avenue must have alcohol provided by Trumps Catering.
Alcohol is sold on a “consumption” basis, whatever your guests consume is what you pay for or on a “cash” basis, with guests paying
for their own beverages. We are happy to give you an average estimate or an hourly package price.
If your party is not being held at our
venue and your rental location allows, you may provide alcohol yourself. Trumps Catering retains an off-premise liquor license & we
are happy to service your beverage needs at your event venue. Our bartenders are all certified in the "Responsible Beverage Service Training Program.” Please see Beverage Options for detailed information about our beverage services.
We are happy to tailor any menu to suit your needs or incorporate any of your menu ideas. We are able to work with the special dietary needs of your guests. Ask about our children's menu options.
Farm to Table
At Trumps Catering, we source many of our foods from local and regional farms, with organic and sustainable practices in mind.
We are happy to design a complete Farm to Table menu upon request.
Servers and Event Managers
Your cost for an Event Manager and Trumps’ Serving Staff is determined by your service needs, the type of menu you choose, your final number of guests,
the length of your event and the venue you have chosen. See Service Staff for complete service options.
Travel, Set-Up & Clean-Up
For events held outside of our Milledge Avenue location charges will be determined and added as needed for travel, set-up and/or clean-up. Trumps Catering will guarantee that your rental location will be left in the condition specified in your location contract.
Payment & Billing
50% of your total estimated cost, which is reflected on a Cost Estimate that you will receive after finalizing the details of your event, is due 30 days
prior to your scheduled event. The remaining balance is due 5 business days prior to your event date. Any beverages by consumption or added
services will be billed to you after the event and is due upon receipt of your invoice. A signed Contract for Services is required upon confirmation. Prices are subject to change, according to market conditions, with notice.
Trumps Catering is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles used in or brought to an event by any host, their guests or other contracted vendors.
Based on Health Department regulations & guidelines, we prohibit any foods, other than wedding cakes, that have been placed out on a buffet, to be
packed up and given to any host or their guests. All leftover foods are donated to Cornerstone Christian Church who do a beautiful job feeding the homeless and needy in our area.
