Trumps’ Event Management Staff:

Our Event Managers are in charge of directing and supervising our serving staff.   They will introduce themselves to you as your party begins and will stay on top of every small detail that needs attention before, during and after your event.   Trumps Catering has built their reputation by offering the most professional, friendly and helpful staff.  

Our Recommendation for Servicing Your Event:   1 Event Manager per 200 guests.

Event Manager:  
$150.00 each per 3-4 hour evening event
$125.00 per 2 hour luncheon event
(includes supervision of event, serving staff, set up and clean up)

Trumps’ Serving Staff:

At Trumps Catering, we take service very seriously.   We know good service makes all the difference in your experience as a host or guest of an event.   Our serving staff is responsible for setting up tables, chairs and linens.   They make sure your private room is clean and presentable.   The serving staff sets tables, pours or passes beverages, delivers food, sets up the buffets and serves your selected menu.   They keep dirty dishware cleared and replenish menu items.   They hold doors open and bring guests whatever they need.   They do all this and more, with a smile.   And, at the end of your event, they handle all aspects of cleaning up.  

Our Recommendation for Servicing Your Event:

Serving Staff:  
$75.00 each (based on 3-4 hour evening event)
$60.00 each (based on 2 hour luncheon event)
